Quality control?
I've been ordering these for years, but this batch left a lot to be desired. First, the order is short about 20 cups; second, the plastic bag was clearly opened and then resealed with a huge piece of white adhesive paper; third, a lot of the cups have split or otherwise damaged rims. What happened? Time to find a different manufacturer.
