Remove the cap from the bottle before use!!! Very handy. Easy to use.
Love this mop. Needs a bit of oomph to attach bottle part to bottom mop. I couldn't get it to work UNTIL I removed the top from the bottle of fluid!! Works a treat. Flexible and really cleans my vinyl floors. Great to whisk out after husband & 3 dogs have tramped around!!! Would fully recommend. I don't buy the cleaning fluid. I make up my own environmentally friendly cleaner. No Cons at all, that I can find.

Broken
Less than 2 months after purchase the spray function started not working and now after less than 3 months of use the piece that connects the mop head to the stem is broken. Nothing premium about this product, also to undo the detergent bottle I needed an adjustable wrench to open it.

Returning as it doesn’t work!
Bought 2 Bona nope- one for wood floor and one for hard floor. The one for wood floor works fine but this one for hard floor doesn’t work properly. Each time I want to spay the floor I need to push the bottle from the top with my hand. Returning this item.

Spray action broke after a month
Not very well made, spray action broke after a month and the velcro sticky strip came away also.
