This is not cotton material, it's some plastic material, and not suitable for an infant. The size is also not made for an infant infant

The connection nozzle on the pipe was not compatible with my BP machine as it was very thin. However I was able to connect my original adaptor to the pipe and it works fine. The Small size is for thin adults and older kids and not for very young children
