Not what I expected
I love using Cedar Planks to cook salmon. When I ordered these I did not expect them to be so small. These are best used for a very small piece of salmon.

Perfect size for one large portion of salmon or two small ones!!
We use these every time we grill salmon! The skin sticks to the cedar and comes off beautifully when you're ready to remove the fish from the plank.

soak the wood well then, cook salmon on grill.
I cook for one just the rightsize.

Quality, good thickness, soak a bit longer and use multiple times!
Nice quality and thickness. Not too rough. I can usually wash them after use and use them again. Just be sure to soak them well for multiple uses. Make great tasting meat.

Poor quality cedar
Poor quality cedar, too porous, so burn easily, not char.

Very thin but does the trick
These planks are very thin however they do the trick for one time use. Be sure to soak thoroughly so that you don’t risk them catching fire on the grill.
