I personally never did use it as a dish drying mat. It's taken me 2 years to write this review because up until about a month ago, my biggest complaint was that I could never get it to look clean. I would put it in the dishwasher but it would come out all spotty and wet. Not sure why I thought to put it in my washing machine and dryer but wow, it looks brand new now. I keep it next to my cook top all the time (except when in the washer/dryer of course). I have laminate counter tops and it works perfectly as a spot to transfer hot dishes from the oven.

I bought this one to match our granite counter tops, and for durability. Prior to this we were using a towel and it wasn't cutting it. This mat has ridges to catch the water droplets and allows better airflow to dry dishes faster. It's also flexible, easy to clean, and I love that it could even double as a hot pad. Great product!

This is one of the best dish drains I have ever had. It doesn't need to be dried and it doesn't need to be close to the sink to drain yet it holds a lot of water. When I'm done, I just empty it into the sink! It's also very sturdy. I wish I had ordered 5!

We use this every day and it is perfect. I was concerned it might trap water underneath it next to our butcherblock counter top, but it hasn't been a problem. I love how it allows dishes to dry but doesn't have annoying dividers I have to try to fit my dishes into. Just what we were looking for!

Bought this to replace an old cloth type drying mat and I’m so happy I did. The mat is nice and big and super easy to clean with the included brush, which is perfect for cleaning between the grooves. Highly recommend!

I really like this dish drying mat. It's a lot better than the fabric mat. It will collect hard water stains. But super easy to wipe down and clean.

My son had this in his home and I wanted one for myself. I enjoyed the spsve that it gave the counter. No more clutter of dishes in the dish rack. Quality id very, very good.
