Excellent story!!!
I really enjoyed this Christmas story. As I met new people the story seemed to change yet remained the same. It was a story of happiness and sadness, love and challenges, noise and quietness. By the end of the story felt like I knew all the people a d that my life was richer for this Christmas story!!!

nice beach read
It’s a great book to read as a story but also for self help. Lots of little psychological nudges to help sort out some of the everyday problems one encounters in life.

As always, a wonderful story
Just like my fellow Virgin Rivers fans, I want to move to Virgin River. This time the town takes in Kaylee, a writer swimming through grief after the premature death of her mother. Kaylee comes to VR because she has a manuscript due and can’t write a word living in the house she shared with her mother before she died. She finds another VR home after a fire destroys the place she originally rented, and the house comes with a handsome, sexy landlord. Complications ensue, a dreaded holiday season is coming soon, and her absent father wants to reconcile. As always, VR does its magic, spreading love and throwing in an adorable kitty and 2 dogs for good measure. Even after 20+ books, Carr keeps true to the spirit and character of the town and people she created. More so than the associated TV series. But that’s a topic for another time.

True Gifts of Love
Grieving is difficult and hits is personal. This book helped me understand grieving can be relieved by giving to others.

Return to Virgin River
It's been a while since I read the Virgin River series and I had completely forgotten about the refreshing and uplifting stories the author created. Times are hard and I highly recommend these stories of a better way to live. I wish there was a Virgin River.. I would definitely move. If you haven't, be sure to read this series.

wonderful Christmas read
This was a really good book about healing after you loose someone. It is just common sense, but it helps to see the advice in Writing. This was a wonderfully told story with lots of other things thrown in. It’s about puppies, cats just ordinary people dealing with loss love and life.

Another staple in the virgin river series
A story of unbelievable hope, grief and romance in the magical place of virgin river. Sad to think this is the last novel in series. Thank god for Netflix

Don’t bother
The Virgin River series was one of my all time favourites together with the Grace Valley books. So I was really happy to see a new addition to the series. Half way through and have to admit that this one is really, really boring. Very disappointing. Obviously cobbled together to capitalise on a tv series. Dragging every character from previous books in doesn’t make it interesting. Kayleigh and Landry both should seek professional help to deal with their issues and move on with their lives. Will flip through the rest of the book but don’t expect it to become any more readable.
