Update: customer service reached out after my last review. They are offering a partial refund as this is not a common problem. I appreciate the great service and given their response I would recommend trying this brand knowing customer service will be responsive if there are any issues.I've had this for about 2 months and got about 1 month of actually using it. It took a long time to figure out where in my house I could plug it in because it has very specific energy needs and doesn't work on all outlets. Once I finally found the right outlet for it, it was great for about a month before the motor started making strange noises at any speed above .6 mph which is the slowest possible speed. The noises have gotten progressively worse, if I don't turn it off immediately, which makes me concerned to actually use it. I got a cheaper brand thinking I just needed the basics but somewhat disappointed.

It is only the first day using this treadmill but so far, I LOVE it! It is quiet, no one on the phone heard it (I work from home). The packaging was great, the product is new, was not damaged and works as expected. The belt did slip to the right, this was easily fixed. The instructions are clearly written on how to fix this issue in the book provided I highly recommend this under the desk treadmill!!

I love this walking pad. It can get pretty fast too. It can only be used 1 hour at a time though

I would like for it to be a bit more quiet, but overall it’s a good product.

I've been an Amazon customer since they started, and this is my first review ever. That's how impressed my wife and I are with this treadmill. It's not only all that the description claims; the best thing about the treadmill is something they hardly mention: When you're done using it, you can just pick up the front end and lean the whole thing against a wall! If you have limited space like we do, just put the treadmill down on the floor when you're using it, then put it "away" when you're done! Sure, you can pick up the back end and roll it to another location as the description says, but our favorite feature is that you can just make it go away.The treadmill doesn't have handrails to hold onto, but we don't have a problem staying on it, even when watching TV. The remote is simple and convenient. The treadmill doesn't go super fast (3.8 miles/hour is the top speed), but we didn't buy it for sprinting. We just wanted something that we could use to exercise while we're watching TV, instead of sitting on the couch. Now we take turns on the treadmill while we watch our shows! And it goes away when we're done! And its inexpensive!I should also mention that we had a minor issue with the treadmill a few months after we bought it. But the customer service people at Starpower got us back up and running (well, walking fast) in no time! And not only did they fix our problem, they also wrote to us several times afterward to be sure we were satisfied with their support, and still happy with the treadmill. It's a great team, and we appreciate their treadmill, and their customer service.

Working from home, my life had gotten pretty sedentary. Going to the gym can feel like a hassle, winter is coming, and I was hearing more and more about the benefits of walking. I did a TON of research on these treadmills, and chose this one because it seemed high quality, good customer service, and -- most importantly -- a higher weight limit. I was pretty shocked at how low a weight limit some of these treadmills have, less than 200lbs?! Give me a break. I purchased a desk riser pad to use with the treadmill. The walking/working does take some practice, but I love my little treadmill! The wheels make it so easy to slide under the bed. I've seen from others that the mileage, speed, and calorie trackers are unreliable, so I just strap my fanny pack with my phone and use that to keep track. Overall, really happy with the treadmill. Build quality is great, and it functions well. I wish it didn't shut off automatically after 60 minutes, but it's not a big deal to me because the weight limit was the biggest factor in my purchase.

I’ve had this product for many months and unfortunately due to the many miles logged, the motor started to slow down. I expressed my concern and the support team from this product offered multiple solutions to satisfy my needs and for that alone, 5 stars.

I love this treadmill. It didn’t fit under my couch which was a bummer but it’s so slim I can stand it up and put it next to my bookcase and totally out of the way. I’m 5’8” with a 32” inseam and this is long enough for walking and jogging.
