As you can see from my pictures, I take 10 pills a day. 70 pills a week. I have Never been able to fit my pills in the palm of my hand. I have also never been able to keep a pill dispenser in my purse without it breaking open and dumping my pills out. This thing is amazing!! And it fits in the palm of my hand.Now I can keep all of my pills with me and make sure that I don’t forget to take them in the morning. I can throw them in my purse and not worry about having to scrape together my medicine from the bottom of my nightmare that I call my purse. 10 out of 10 would recommend. It’s very sturdy, not cheap feeling or made. GET ONE!

I’ve now been using this for about eight months. It was a little larger than I was thinking, but that was more of a me thing than anything against the product or how it was portrayed. I like the outer shell aspect a lot. I got this because I thought it was cute, which it is. It can also easily hold two weeks worth of meds/supplements for travel if needed.My main complaint is that in my experience, the pill holder itself becomes very loose with use. Initially, I found that it can be tightened up enough that the daily holders aren’t unruly while trying to get your pills out for the day by twisting the top around a few times. More recently, that trick wasn’t working, but I finally figured out that the little caps at the top and bottom could be popped off and the “spine” could be tightened with a tiny screwdriver. I did pop off both so that I could stabilize the spine from the top and tighten from the bottom. I’m attaching a picture of where the screw is. It was a big enough annoyance before tightening that I was going to get a new case, but now I’ll wait to see how often I have to go in and tighten it before replacing. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

*UPDATED REVIEW*I found a lot of issue with the original, smaller holder but have been very happy with the newer and larger version. My biggest pet peeve with the smaller one was how only a few pills could fit, which isn’t an issue with the larger holder! But the greatest thing that was improved was a “directional issue”. Each day could be “swiveled out” and you fill it from the top...EXCEPT Sunday! In order to fill Sunday’s slot, you had to turn the entire thing upside down because Sunday would open from the bottom, which I forgot every time and my pills went flying. That fixed this isn’t he larger version and now I love it! The quality is wonderful- very smooth, thick material that feels very well made. Thank you for the great improvements.*old review of the smaller holder*It’s a very cute design and I love that the outer part is a cup to take the pills with but it’s really not very practical for every day use. I will take it when I travel but that’s it. You have to turn each days’ holder horizontally and it’s hard to just turn 1 day without turning the others and sometimes other days’ pull fall out. Plus, the holder is very shallow and can only hold thin or small pills. My larger prenatal vitamins or fish oil pills cannot fit. The last thing that bothered me was that you can’t fill the whole week at once by doing it 1 type of pill at a time. If you open every day to fill it up for week, the pill holder cannot stand upright. I’m used to filling each day with 1 type of pill and moving on to the next pill, and so forth. But that’s impossible with this holder.

Love it! It is a good size to fit in my purse without being too bulky or noticeable. My only complaint is that it BARELY fits all of my medications/supplements. So it just depends on what type of pill you have and how many you are taking. This is not a huge container but big enough for most people. It also does not have any separators for times of the day, but that is fine with me, I know what the different pills are and when to take them. My main thing was not wanting to take each pill container with me in my purse everyday. That would be ridiculous. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I love this design. My other cases with AM/PM did not hold Centrum vitamins, but this one is perfect. For a fit comparison, I also tested a relative's Alive 50+ gummy vitamins. The smaller (raspberry) gummies were flat, and I fit two in this container easily with room left for my other pills. The round gummies (orange) were too large and needed a firm push to fit (not practical). My pills are different enough that there is no confusion putting AM and PM in the same compartment.
