This mattress has completely exceeded our already high expectations! It is exactly as described by the company and we are very impressed by the quality. The customer service was also great - brownie points for the personalised note and cute branding details on the packaging. It came neatly packed and was very easy to set up. Best of all, we've truly been enjoying a much better quality of sleep. Fair warning: it's significantly harder to get out of bed in the mornings but so worth it!Safe to say, we won't be returning it after the 30 day trial :D Highly recommend to anyone on the lookout for a new mattress.

It's over a year we have been using 2 of these SleepyCat mattress purchased during different sale period. The buying process over Amazon was super easy. The company's representative called both times to confirm the size (just to make sure on their end: A very clever concept doing PurE business and good EthicS) the packaging & doorstep delivery was smooth.We have the mattress installed in non-ac bed rooms, simply covering it with bedsheet. The built pressure of the mattress is medium soft (it's takes a couple of day's for one to get adjusted to it softness ofthe memory foam and the ovelall performance in balancing one's body on this product) eventuall the body regesters the balancing fundamentals and all falls into place.In a nutshell we have fallen in LovE with SleepyCat and have kind of become Garfield the cat.We will be purchasing more of SleepyCat for our kids in the future also wish to buy and test the pillows made by SleepyCat.Thanks much all at SleepyCat and stay safe and be blessed with good health and excellent business.

Not recommend at all.... Suffered from heavy back pain and body pains after using the matress for 5 day only. This is not at all good.. Response of the matress is very worst.. Please don't purchase this if u r already suffering from back pain.. If u sleep corners of the matress u will feel u r on the floor...Suggested not to purchase this matress....

I've read many positive reviews all over about these memory foam mattresses of different brands since a couple of years BUT was skeptical to try one!So, one such chance came in my way in July 2019 when a friend of mine asked me to place an order for a Memory foam mattress. After thorough research I've made up my mind to choose from Sleepycat, Wakefit, Springtek BUT zeroed on Sleepycat. He was just fine with the mattress! Out of curiosity, I've asked my friend after few months, he said he was neither happy or unhappy with the product!So, in July 2020 I finally thought to give a try and booked one SleepycatPlus. So, this is my second purchase in the last 12 months!The earlier purchase for my friend was the same KING size Sleepycat (19239/- after all discounts) and my recent purchase is an upgraded version of the same mattress to SleepycatPlus for a cheaper price 18689-1500 (HDFC CC discount) = 17189/-!When Pocket and Bonnell spring mattress are ruling the roost till recently which are sold at anywhere >30K, I felt SleepycatPlus is utterly a loot deal at this price tag!PROBLEM started after a month!Off late, my mom aged 68 and me in my late 30’s have been suffering from neck pain and back pain for the last 2 weeks or more, and we have attributed this to our household chores and other issues in our daily routine. BUT for a change when we have shifted back to our OLD mattress, we felt NO SUCH PAIN! When I shifted back to this Sleepycat, the pains started again. So, I've started reading the NEGATIVE reviews on amazon, the issues faced by other users perfectly coincided with mine! Thus, decided the culprit is certainly sleepycat. On prolonged usage, my head starts aching so severely that I feel I’m not getting the required blood supply into it.So, called it quits to avoid jeopardizing my health!I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS! If in case you still want to try, definitely go ahead BUT USE YOUR 30-day trial period effectively to process your returns within 30 days of delivery!MOST IMPORTANTLY, the seller/manufacturer has NO FAITH in his product and is offering just 30-day trail period when the competitors are offering 100-day trial period is itself an indicator of the products failure!I now believe, that the positive reviews all over are FALSE POSITIVES given by users who fell for the free neck pillow worth 200/- offered for every positive review by sleepycat!

Feeling luxury. You will get better cushion effect. But there will be some heating issue... You need to use appropriate bedsheet to avoid heat. Recommended only for AC rooms. You have to use it at least 2 weeks to get adopt.

Go for it if u love to cuddle n sleep in an evenly soft n firm mattress. Had been using it since a couple of weeks so would b able to give a genuine response after using it for sometime otherwise all in all a complete package for a comfy good-looking mattress. Don't go by the negative reviews who buys without reading the features properly n complain later on. Obviously there will b heat in the mattress cos it's foam so if u want a cooler one than go for the gel foam...simple as that

Purchased this Mattress 1 month back.First thing was delivery of the product,it was delivered within 3 days of order although it is being shipped by the SLEEPY CAT courier partner instead of AMAZON. The next thing to mention about is the packaging,you will get it in a very tiny package that you will be surprised by seeing the size of the package.Once you open up the package and cut the outer cover,the bed begins to take shape.It was very satisfying to watch bed unfold into the final shape like a bun being baked inside a oven.Finally coming to the quality of the sleep,It was a wonderful experience.I used to get body pains on my older mattress,but with this one i am having a lot of comfort/support and do not experience any kind of body pains. Definitely recommend this productPS : The comfort and experience of sleeping varies from person to person.Do try the bed to see for yourself.The seller even provides 30 days risk free trail.
