I've had problems with buying furniture from Amazon in the past. Some vendors do not properly package their products for shipping, and then have little to no product support. That was not the case with this product.The box arrived in good condition, and the inside package had plenty of foam at the ends and around the edges to protect the shelf pieces from damage. When finished, I had one small nick in the finish on an inside panel, which was probably from me assembling the shelf. The finish is beautiful and even on all pieces. Holes are drilled in the right places, all edges and holes align, and the fasteners are sturdy with one or two extras provided just in case. The accessories provided included not just the allen wrench, but also a screwdriver and level. I was not missing any parts and nothing was damaged, so I did not need to contact the company, but I was pleased to see at least a direct email address was provided in case I needed something.I centered my shelf on a wall, so the studs did not align for full stud installation, but the drywall screws and anchors provided seem to provide enough stability to secure the shelf and the minimal weight we put on it. I did not install the LED lights because I didn't want to highlight my cables, but I am very happy with the end result.

Well packaged. Easy to follow instructions. Only one step was tricky (holding everything steady while connecting the top) and that would have been easy with an assistant. Parts all fit. Only other issue was screwing in the door brackets. The receiving holes were shallow and just slightly off line. Finished table used on floor in my case so I can’t comment on wall installation.

My middle son has a bigger room and his room is the play room as well. This shelf was just perfect for under his tv. We were able to hook up the Nintendo and love the extra plug ins. Before we had to unplug one device just to use another device. He loves the led lights which match the rest of his room. It’s definitely a win. Super easy instructions too.

I put this shelf together pretty quickly! Very simple and straight forward instructions! My only disappointment was the LED colored light strips were damaged so there is no way to turn them on. Of course I didn't know this until I got to that step and went to connect to the power source.Overall, I'm very happy and satisfied with the shelf!

For less then $100 + installed it’s a great product. Gives the floor space and keeps my things organized. Got extra ports , a led light for looks and meshes well with a tv over it .

It was easy to assemble and get on the wall. Also the size is great (see pictures). It did arrive with 2 long cracks and a third near the plug in box. Also one board across the top is slightly, slightly warped/bowed. It’s also not as real wood looking as I pictured. I’d give it like C+ on that. If it didn’t show up cracked and I didn’t have to go thru the Return/reassemble hassle, I’d give it a A.

Looks great! Only a couple of complains, one being that the mounting holes didnt line up with my wall studs so I drilled my own holes to match the studs lol. Could just be the way my house was built though. Second, the LEDs are nice but they arent very bright in such a dark setting, I would've put them closer to the edge but I dont like the LEDs so exposed. A small lip over the front edge would be a great way to fix this issue. Overall, I'm very happy!

I hung this in my bedroom and it looks great, it was easy to assemble but be careful the stickers were on the wrong side of 2 or 3 of them and where one of the lock nuts go the screw hole is slanted so it won't screw in flush I had to add some extra support brackets because none of the holes lined up with a stud and mine were built 16 in. apart, I don't believe this shelf would be secure without hanging it on stud its quite heavy.

Assembly of the unit is easy and straightforward. Screw and assembly holes are precisely drilled. However holes for dowel and cams needed some fine tuning to adjust protrusions of the dowels into the cam holes so that the cams can catch the dowel heads for tightening.The multi color led strip works but the effects are not dramatic in an all black environment.The unit is designed to be a floating unit, so the multi-outlet power strip protrudes below the bottom plank. This protrusion prevents the unit to be placed on the floor. If the unit comes with some 2-1/2inch high legs or strips, the unit can be placed directly on the floor also. Alternatively a cutout can be made at the rear board so the power strip can be mounted on the rear board to avoid protrusion at the bottom, if one so desires. These are just suggestions to increase versatility of the unit.

Love this product was exactly what I needed I would have moved it it had usb plug ins on the power bar!

Nice stand. Wood color looks real nice. Just not as deep as I thought it was going to be
