I not sure if the product should sound like this or not and I know it is called a whistler, but it is a very high pitched squeaking noise, more like a ballon emptying rather than a car whistling.However the product is easy to assemble and this is where it gets its 3 stars from.

These things are a waste of time, I installed it as instructions and nothing happened. I even put two of them in one exhaust pipe and nothing. It’s a waste of money which I can’t even get back

They do work,just a bit of altering.
Turn the beval so the whistle is at the top,via altering the screw which holds it in place,attach as described,an behold it works.
