ottimo prodotto per studiare su tab, il cd-audio aiuta maggiormente l'aprendimento visto che contiene le "backing track",cosa che altri libri tab non hanno..

Great job
I got this to use with my students and have found it very well done (as all the books in this series have been). You--or your students--can really benefit from the Slow-Downer function on the CD as it maintains correct pitch. You can also loop a section for practicing timing and phrasing. Very useful! The transcriptions are accurate and well laid out on the page. I've seen some unusual transcriptions of Randy Rhoads' guitar work over the years, especially of one part of the "Flying High Again" solo. This book looks quite accurate to me. The CD sounds fantastic too.I don't understand the negative reviews of this book. The publisher got it right. If there is anything to be critical about, it may be that you didn't get a favorite song included. Oh well. Maybe other reviewers thought they were getting original studio recordings from the early '80s. (Maybe they thought Ozzy would be singing on this:That's not what this series is about. They're professional recordings for instructional purposes.) These recordings and transcriptions are as good as you're going to find.Sure do wish I had materials like this when I was a kid.

Achtung: ohne CD!
Es scheint nur noch die Version mit dem online-Zugang zu den Audio-Dateien zu geben. Ich hatte extra die Version mit CD bestellt. Also nicht vom Titel in die Irre führen lassen.

If your guitar skill level is intermediate... AND, want to learn Rock & Roll, this book is for you!
I bought this book for my brother who is currently in prison...He had requested a book on playing the guitar because, he has access to a guitar two days a week.He requested something with rock & roll, because he wanted to learn Rock & Roll licks and riffs...He wanted a book that was more advanced, for the intermediate guitar playing skill level because, he already knew how to play the guitar! My brother absolutely loved this book, and was profusely grateful, he said this book was exactly what he wanted! Therefore, if you're a guitar player who has the skill level of an intermediate player...AND, you want to learn how to play some great rock and roll licks and riffs, then this book is for you!
