This little book is right down to earth with practical exercises to change habits. It works. It does require a willingness to change. It is changing my life. I am using it in a class for nutrition.

It is an easy read, but well worth it
I am currently under a medical weight management program. This book is used to "reprogram" our thinking about food and making positive changes in our thinking habits. It is an easy read, but well worth it!
