Power supply is not interchangeable with anything at computer stores here in America. I tried to order another through Smart-US. It was never delivered. So if you somehow lose the power supply, you have nothing but a paperweight.

I ordered this because I wanted a second laptop for personal use, aside from the one I use for bussiness. Windows Office already installed was a bonus and appeared to make it an economical purchase. Worked fine for the first 2 days (have only had it 2 weeks) and has since been a nightmare. The settings do not hold and now, and the video screen will not even start. Updates have been done and I have had to revert back in the past to even retrieve the original settings. I wouldn't buy this for even $1!!! This will be returned and Amazon will be notified of the substandard product!!!! If I could give 0 starrs, I would have.

I just received this yesterday, it was packaged very well and I love the size. It's a 15.6" screen however because the bezzles are so small and the computer keypad is more compacted (still comes with a numeric keypad) it's a lot smaller than my old 15.6" Dell, see pictures. It's a pretty laptop but I'm still not a 100% sure on it. Because it comes pre-programmed, when you turn it on initially it doesn't give you a setup screen like typical laptops that I've had in the past do. It just turns straight onto the desktop. I will try to use this for a couple days and see how I feel about it and may change my review in the future.UPDATE: I've been using this computer for a couple weeks and I like it overall. I love the color and the size, and the fact that it came with a wireless mouse that matches it is excellent. I will say that the keyboard takes some getting used to... because it is more compact, the keys seem to be shifted a little left of what I'm used to, even though they are nice and big and easy to type on. I realized that the numeric keypad is a little smaller also and doesn't that that extra "Enter" key all the way to the right so that was a change I needed to get used to also.If you take the time to set up the computer to your liking in the settings (background, colors, notifications...) I think you will really like this computer.After almost a month, I'm glad I purchased this and for my personal use (email, surfing online, paying bills, studying) it is a great buy.Right now my only con is that the battery life isn't up to par with my old Dell so I need to plug it in often while using it, and the cord it comes with not very long so I'm in the search of a charging cable that will reach from the wall to my desk.Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars in my book - but definitely worth the money and I'm happy with it!!

I just received this today and used it right away coz I am pretty excited. It's very user friendly specially for non techy people like me. I like the ease of set up. It was very fast and very clear screen. It comes with a free mouse but I was hoping it was also in pink but in came in color silver. But thats ok. So far everything is ok. Too early to tell how long this will last but so far so good. I love the pink color, the size (lightweight) and everything about it so far. Will update review if anything changes
