The unit comes in easy frustration free packaging. When opened You will find a solar powered unit attached to the lights. You will also find separately brackets for attaching the solar power unit for pegging into the ground, or onto a tree (for example).On the back of the solar panel, there are two buttons: ON OFF. and Mode. The Modes are On, or Flashing. SIMPLE!Install - all the bits are very easy to put together. Make sure you align the solar unit in a direction where you will get plenty of sunlight for most of the day. This is ideal. The first meter of the attached cable is just cabling, then the lights beging, in rouhghly 10cm intervals. I strung these lights along my rear fence (See photos) You can string them in any fashion you want.Performance - these lights are great. They charge all day, then at dusk, they automatically come on because there is a built in light detector.. They are veyr bright after a couple of hours' charging.Thoroughly recommend these as they perform very well, they are easy to set up, and they do not need electricity. They are also water proof.As an alternative to hanging these outside, you can also hang these inside, as long as you make sure there is solar charging during the day.

Solar batteries charge very quickly and the lights work all night. Would buy again. The colors are bright and can vary the flashing speed.

Multi-color flowers not globes.

The multi-settibgs are very similar unlike another set I purchased. Also this is a MULTI color set NOT white. The cool thing is I broke the set in 1/2 trying to put up & the 1/2 still connected to the solar part still worked!
