Q: My mattress is only 8" deep. Will this be too big?

mine is 8 inches and it fit perfect

Q: will this fit a 6" bunk bed twin mattress or be too deep?

There is a lot of play in the cover due to its construction. My grandson's bunk bed mattress is 7" and the cover fits well.

Q: Does this comes with at least 2 pillow case?

It comes with the Fitted Mattress pad only.

Q: Does this work with an adjustable bed?

I do not know what an adjustable bed is. I have it on a hospital type bed that one can move the height, head and foot.
