Bad quality

The built quality of the product and user experience was better than expected.

Plastic connections are weak and get damaged easily. Not to buy

I used this product perhaps 10 times in 17 months and it stopped working completely.

I was worried about the plastic finish however it’s brilliant. Sharp blades great speed and options C haven’t chopped anything since ! Easy to clean, easy to use & solid. Def nice upgrade from my previous one.

This is very handy for your day to day cooking as it takes away the hastle of taking out mixer for grinding simple things like tomato paste. It made my life easy in cooking

Honestly really happy with this. It’s super handy for everyday cooking – I use it for smoothies, soups, and even quick chopping. Saves a lot of time and space since everything is in one.It is very light weight and having good power supply. It’s easy to use and clean, which makes life easier. Only thing is it’s a bit noisy, but not a big deal. Overall, does the job well and feels worth the money 👍

I used a product for my gaspacho soup twice- nothing else and the engine power or whatever it is burned out stop working- so it’s either I got a faulty item or the product is poor quality as it can’t even blend fresh tomatos 🤣🤣🤣 without breaking. Cant comment on customer service yet, send the item for refund so will update later
