Kaibro Nutra Berberine HCL Supplement 1000mg | Immune System Support

This has been one of my go-to supplements for a very long time. Prefer the natural route as opposed to prescription meds for glucose support.

I ordered this on a recommendation and have really liked taking it before meals. There is a warning that Berberine could cause upset stomach if taken alone but I never experienced that side effect. The pills are a standard-sized capsule and not difficult to take. They do have a bot of an after-taste but nothing foul and tends to be washed down pretty easily.

I think this works well but even with food being eaten before taking this I would feel extremely nauseated so beware of this if you are sensitive. I also don’t notice too much of a difference in my body. It’s okay but there’s better products on the market.

I read a lot of articles and research studies about the potential fertility and pcos benefits of Berberine, and I started taking this with high hopes. It definitely reduced my appetite, which I found helpful, but it also dried up my cervical mucus a huge amount, which isn't helpful if you're ttc! Nowhere online can I find reports of that happening to anyone else, so maybe my body is just weird or there's something strange about this specific brand, but definitely pay attention to that so you can stop taking it right away if you have negative effects!

Ok so this works for me to lose weight without exercise. Here is what I did. I’m eating low calories temporarily until next month when I begin working out. I use it after eating because I violently throw up if I use it before. I also take multivitamins and probiotics (berberine is an anti microbial so you need probiotics) with it. This combination keeps my sugar cravings away. My carbs are also low (I’m not doing keto) and I focus on protein. I remain full all day with this diet. I’m down 7lbs in a month without exercise. I’ve tried this diet without berberine, multivitamin and probiotic and I never lost weight this fast.
