I purchased 2 of these bags. They came with a 5 year warranty which I thought was great. A year and a half later, the bottom stand plate is completely of one of the bags and is coming off the other bag. I contact Moxy too have them repaired/replaced under the warranty. After a series of emails and sending pictures of the bags to Doug Davidson @ Moxy, on July 5, 2017, he asked for my shipping address, which I promptly provided. Here it is, July 25, 2017, no replacement bags and no response to my follow up emails.

I would never buy this bag again. The handle ripped the snap came lose on the feet and tore. Now it is too late to return it. I had my other bowling bag for 15 years and not a tear on it.. Made it through one bowling season and fell apart. When I went to my order they said it was too late to return so how do you honor the 5 year warranty

I bought this bag less than a year ago and there's a tear in the bag where the handle is sewn on. According to the listing this product has a 5 year warranty. When I sent an email to the company about filing a claim on the warranty I've gotten no response!

This single roller bowling bag convenient and pretty, but... The handle although long is not very sturdy. It's already loose and I'm afraid to extend it all the way for fear it will break. The fabic is thin and not well finished inside. Seams are raveling although I've trimmed carefully. It's dissapointing because it wasn't a cheap bag, but single wheeeled bags are hard to find. So... I guess It's here to stay.

I fit my ball and shoes in here and still have tons of room. I love that you can carry it or roll it. Great quality, my last bag had a zipper break but this one seems more durable.

For $75, The bag is cheaply made. The wheels are plastic, the handle is flimsy, the zippers are weak and the bottom of the bag is a thin sheet of foam that will easily test very quickly. This company should be ashamed to sell this junk

It is now less than a year and tjis bag is already falling appart. The foot attachment has ripped from the bag

My previous bag was thicker material. I love the size, weight and the way it rolls. Just hope it holds up as well as my former one.
