AI: THE SOMNIUM FILES - nirvanA Initiative COLLECTOR'S EDITION for Nintendo Switch

This is technically my first collector's edition of a game, so I was excited to open it all up. Starting off I bought it used off of Amazon Renewed for around 60 bucks. The description said there was a little damage but it’s barely noticeable and it was only on the outside box on the corners. I didn’t mind it all but if you do, you might want to read the descriptions if you’re buying used.Another thing for this review is that I won’t be talking about the game itself because I haven’t played it yet. (I’m still playing the first one, I’m almost finished. It’s really good) I heard from a review that this is a standalone game but if you want to play the first one after there is a selection that blocks all the previous games “spoilers.”Now for the actual contents inside the box. The first thing I opened up was the art book, soundtrack cd, and of course the physical game. The art book is really good quality with a lot of cool info inside. All the designs are beautiful too. The art book itself is also made extremely well. It feels nice to hold and flip through. I lucked up and got two cds, so I’m really happy about that! (I bought this on Amazon Renewed or maybe it was something in manufacturing but to be honest I don’t really care. It’s nice having a back up just incase :D) Lastly the game itself, they physical case doesn’t have anything inside it’s just plain white with warranty stuff .I wasn’t expecting anything but just incase you were wondering.I saw another review about the stand for the figure wasn’t all that sturdy. It feels pretty sturdy to me and it looks awesome. I’m not that knowledgeable on figures but since this is my first figure (besides funko pops) It’s really nice. You can even see Aiba’s hamster form too, it’s so cute.That’s all for now. If the game is just as good as the first one I’m going to love it! I don’t regret spending a dime on the collectors edition. If you’re thinking about I would say just buy it!

Absolutely amazing game! Uchikoshi and his team nailed this one! The story is incredible and fascinating!The figure is quite nice looking as well. Collector's Edition is well worth it to support the developers of such a great game!However if you cannot afford this edition I still strongly recommend this game, it has an amazing story and cast. It is a load of fun.

Came in perfect condition! I am so happy to have Aiba in my house. I still haven't finished the whole game, but so far I'm having so much fun. I love how it has similar mechanics to the first game, as well as adding new ones. The story is so interesting so far and I'm excited to see where it goes. If the end is just as good and full of twists as the first game was, then I am very very excited.I was surprised that the art book wasn't hard-back considering the price. But that's okay I'd pay any price for somnium files.Animation also totally got better from the last game. I love the characters so much!!! Everyone is awesome.

If you are seeing this. You have probably already played the first game. You don’t need anything in the collectors edition to play the game.The stuff included in this edition is great. I love the Aiba figure. You get the game, figure, artbook and soundtrack.For those of you that are now interested in this sequel to the first game. You should really play the Zero Escape Trilogy. Its the same devs and it plays the exact same as you would expect.Didn’t play the first game? That’s okay too. You can technically start with this game and it won’t spoil the first game for you. Well it tries to anyways. When you first start the game, it will ask you if you have played the original and that it will hide spoilers if you haven’t. You could play all 5 games in pretty much any order and you wouldn’t be disappointed.Play the entire series. I absolutely love it. Waiting for the third game in this series. I’m not sure if they are making one, but I really hope they do.
