Great book, very informational. Lots of ideas. Lots to think about and educate oneself on certain subjects. This book is for an introduction to a way of life you may be thinking about. However, the book puts into perspective ideas from homesteading from an apartment perspective to a huge farm type living space. This book enlightens you to realize you just may be living in your scope of ideal living space. Enjoy. ✌🏻😁

It doesn’t just cover living off the grid as most people just can’t attain that. It gives tips to help anyone no matter where they live. It covers if you are in the city renting a small apartment, if you own your own home, but live in the city all the way to building your own home and living on many acres in the country totally off the grid. It walks you through all you need to know to get started homesteading at whatever level you may choose. While this book isn’t big it still covers things I wouldn’t have thought about, suck as medical needs and communication. I personally learned quite a bit from this book even though this isn’t the first book I’ve read on Homesteading.

we are just starting our homestead journey and this book is a great resource.

Wow, I suppose if you are city folk and have never had anything to do with gardening or livestock...ever!! This title is very Misleading, I was hoping to gleen some useful information here, possibly something I hadn't already thought of since the Author calls this book an "Encyclopedia"?!Couldn't be further from the truth, very disappointed, money down the drain! ☹️
