Q: Can I reuse them? not to sound silly, but once you've put your stuff in it roll it up open it can i put my clothes back in them and use them again?

Yes, they are made to be reusable. You zip them up (like a sandwich baggie for a lunch box) and then roll from that side to the other to get the air out. Then you "unroll" and open when you get to where you're going fold them up and when you go to leave just repeat!

Q: Does this hold the seal for long time or does it leak air?

Good question. I put my clothes in these bags and then into my suitcase. They seem to hold tight. I pack a complete outfit --pants, top, socks into one bag. When I did unpacked, one bag did allow air to return but since it was tightly packed it was ok. I am thinking some bags may leak air. Hope this helps.

Q: Are clothes wrinkled when taken out of bag?

Depending on fabric, it coukd wrinkle. I always roll my clothing when placing in these bags, and I've never experienced any wrinkled clothing on cotton items.

Q: How does the travel bag let the air out but not back in? Is it a valve?

There is a small hole in the bottom corner it opens when you push the air out and closes when you release the pressure on the bag. The problem with these bags is they pop very easily and if you are on vacation then you don't have a way to vacuum seal your clothes on the way home, and the bags don't hold very much. I threw all of them in the garbage.
