The packaging is great and it works. It needed to be fully charged. I thought it didn’t work. I had to update my review.

I’ve been using a dermaroller on my face and neck for over a year now. I love using it and I feel like it’s stepped up my skincare game. I gained 20+ lbs during the pandemic, and it caused me to get stretch marks on my sides and legs. Considering I never got stretch marks during any of my pregnancies, having stretch marks appear because of weight gain was embarrassing to me. So I started researching ways to lighten them. One thing I kept seeing online was using a derma roller, but with longer needles. Followed by vitamin C or some other serum. But I struggled to find a derma roller for the body. I came across this dermaroller which has a head for each needle length. And it has lights to help with skin rejuvenation. Needless to say, I was eager to try it out.The dermaroller and “heads” all came sealed in their own packages. Wonderful, A+. Each head is easy to pop on and off. You press and hold the button to turn on the red light and you press it one more time to change it to the blue light. Then press and hold to turn it off. The derma roller came with directions. The directions also explain what each head/needle length should be used for. And it explains how often you can and should use the heads. It also explains the purposes of each light color.According to the directions, the small one is used for face, etc. While the largest one is used for your body. Two heads that I know will be used almost daily. The big 1mm is used to help with strength marks, scaring, etc. It covers a decent amount of area, making it perfect for the body. So I have been using this one with the red light to help lightening and heal my stretch marks. I have only been using it for a couple of weeks and I have noticed some improvement. I think combination of the derma roller, light and serum have been working well. As for the face roller, I believe it’s performing just as well as the other rollers I have used in the past. I am hopeful the added light is just an add bonus that will slow down my aging and help with lightening any scaring I have from acne.The fact that there’s multiple heads that each have a separate purpose, it makes it the perfect all in one derma roller. I can swap out the heads easily based on what I need the roller for. I leave the face one on a majority of the time and then 1-2 a week, I swap it out to use the body roller. Now I don’t need several rollers for each purpose.So I would recommend this to anyone who needs derma rollers for different purposes. It’s definitely a good “bang for your buck” product. Its been doing exactly what I needs it to do and I think it would suit anyone else’s needs.

worked one time when I first got it. I got sick so I didn’t use for a while. when I did try to use it, the lights didn’t works anymore but since I missed my return window time I can’t return. I however can help other people to not waste their money. Don’t waste your $ on this!

This device contains LED lights in blue which helps with acne and red which helps with collagen production. I don't think the light is on your skin long enough to actually help since the rolling part takes only about a minute. This is pretty easy to use, just charge the device with the included cable and tap the on button to switch between the two lights.I have another very expensive micro needle set and the replacement heads are twice the price of this whole unit. I didn't see any major differences between the two. The handle accepts replacement heads from various brands. Be sure to clean the unit with rubbing alcohol after using it so that it is sterile. You are essential poking tiny holes in your skin. I apply a serum (hyaluronic acid) directly after use and then use a jade or quartz roller to push it into my skin further. The microneedle damages your skin causing collagen and cell renewal so you want to use a serum that encourages that. No Vitamin C or Retinol since those will irritate your skin. You should probably replace the heads about once a month or after 20 uses.I use the micro-needling system about 3 times a week and other systems for my skin on alternating days. I have seen a gradual change in the texture of my skin over the last three months using this. The biggest difference I have noticed is on my upper lip. it helps to get rid of and fill in those small lines around your mouth. It has also helped reduce some age spots and discolorations. I have dry sensitive skin and using this device has really helped to relieve that.

The light stopped working immediately. It would charge but never turn on. Overall I think there is a better product.

I found this kit to be easy to use and tell what is what. Each head is labeled with which size it is and easy to swap out. I charged it before using it the first time and the light works well. I use alcohol to sanitize before and after and accidentally left it soaking too long and the white paint bubbled a bit, my bad. I love that it comes with a case which has a well that I put the alcohol in for sanitizing. The case is great for keeping it clean and storing when not in use. It comes with a little instruction booklet to get you started and is clear what size goes where though I do suggest watching some you tube videos if you are new to this. It charges pretty quick and I haven't needed to charge it again yet. I like that the roller has separate wheels within each head so each row turns at its own rate to keep from traumatizing the skin too much. The heads are easy to replace which I love so I can just buy replacement heads and not a new kit each time.
