This is about the size of a bath towel and a very thin fabric - much thinner than a standard sheet. Unless you never move while sleeping, it is going to bunch up and be useless. I tried securing at the top to my sheets but still the lower half got bunched. I guess you could try sewing it to a sheet - my previous one was a grounding mat which was more substantive mat.

I think this is helping me, too, but my husband has chronic pain and insomnia along with PTSD and ADHD.We try to do things naturally as much as possible, and this grounding sheet is one more arrow in our quiver.I believe I've slept more soundly, but my husband has especially noticed a difference. He doesn't get up nearly as often during night, and this along with CBD oil and hemp cream has helped immensely.

I haven't notice any difference in my sleep pattern. However being a lucid dreamer, I've noticed that my dreams seem more logical and rational, possibly they are making more sense to me? I experiment with a lot of different sleep aids, and I can never be certain if the results are long lasting or just anomalies. This sheet fits and its comfortable, not scratchy, but not noticeably softer then any other. I'll continue to use it, and perhaps over time I'll see changes. As a side note, I think is completely unrelated. Since testing, I've developed some stomach issues. Just in the short term to be safe I am going to be taking a break from using this.
