Great cushioning
Great cushioning. Has really helped my plantar fasciitis. They do not stick barely at all but otherwise excellent.

Very lightly sticky. They end up under your arches in no time

Unfortunately the product did not stay in place and within 10 minutes of walking the heel supports had slid under the arch of my feet - not great and a waste of money.
