Great price for the material. Chains are decent. The ceiling holder is strong. After punching and kicking the bag I can tell it will last for some years before having to duct tape it. The cabineer that came with seems like it would pull apart in time. I just used a bigger and thicker one. I'm happy with it.

I bought this for my great nephew to work out some frustrations. Both he & his sister regularly go to the basement & punch the bag after school. They seem to be very happy with it

Not really happy w this product. I take part of the blame, Going back it does say everything in the full description. But there's other issues. Like the fact that it didn't come with a single piece of paper. No proof of purchase no instructions nothing. And the parts they give you to hang it are...ummm .. Foreign? I'm a reasonably resourceful guy, and I called over a buddy who has been a successful handyman for over 30yrs, and even he had no idea what he was looking at or what to do with the "bolts" they supplied to me . So we looked at YouTube videos.. and they all show people who found simple ways to hang it without using the parts it comes with.

It only lasted 2 months my boys are only 13 & 14. So neither one of the are using it everyday you know games are important!?? The stiching came apart. Plus when we bought it, it didn't come with the filler for the inside of the bag. Luckily we used the filler from a old bag we had.

I ordered this without reading that it comes empty. My fault. But we are eager to get it filled and hung!!

We gave this bag to our 7 year old granddaughter so she can practice karate and she loves it! We fill it with off-season clothes and it's the perfect size and weight for her.

Der Aufbau ist recht einfach. Habe den Sack, nebenbei als Aufbewahrung für die alten Anziehsachen meines Sohnes benutzt. Gut gefüllt, bringt er auch das nötigte Gewicht und Härte. Somit Aufgeräumt und der Sohn kann sich sportlich auspowern. Win Win Situation.Gute Qualität für einen guten Preis.
