Amateur tries to make a German homesick
I purchased this for a German Exchange student. He says the consistency is good. I find it hard to get the noodles past the chewy stage - but I don't think it's the product - just the cook.

amazing spaetzle but comes in perforated bag
I am worried about the tiny holes in the bag and what might be able to get into it during shipping. Industrial crap and toxic dusts from warehouses could potentially contaminate it.
