Gentle yet effective
My husband uses this to help control really stubborn constipation associated w/a medical condition he has. Works gently, yet effectively. One of the only things he's tried that doesn't end up sending him too far the opposite direction. It does not work
It mixture of ingredients and it really doesn't work like the Phillisum Husks not a colon cleaners, I misunderstood the description posted. And I can't return itH
