Lighter was a dud but papers are 10/10
The papers are 5 Star, great papers. Burn well and trick everyone hahaThe lighter it came with was a dud. Very messed up if the seller knowingly was using bad lighters. It was the selling point for me, that I got a lighter too. But what a disappointment.
