When you open the box a big red label tells you to go online for instructions (for a garden hose???) and to register the product. The trouble is, that when you give it your email address it's supposed to send a verification. Well, I tried 3 times on 2 different days. They never sent the verification. If this is an indication of their customer support, I hope I never have to use it. Otherwise, the hose is light and maneuverable, feels well made.

So far seems to be a great easy to use hose. I live where salt water is around me we shall see how it holds up . Other wise light weight doesn't tangle.

Initial impressions are good. Although it felt squirmy and springy, it seemed high quality. The brass shutoff valve was nice - a little hard to move the switch but I'd rather it be tight than loose.

Very light and easy to use and move. Feels like it will be strong enough to last a long while.

This hose is of very good quality. It expands easily to 100', is very light, and does not kink up on you.When not is use this hose collapses so you can easily store it in a medium size bag. To keep it in good shape and lasting longer, be careful not to unduly pull hard on it, and when you're done with it, release the water pressure. Because it's so easy to use and enjoy going out and watering my garden instead of wrestling with my hose.

The three stars for durability are simply because I haven't had this for more than a month of so. However, so far, this is the best hose I have ever owned. It seems well made with brass fittings on both ends. I love that the business end has a on/off valve so I don't waste water walking from the bib to the place where I want water after turning the water on. It is very long, light, and I don't have to worry about it kinking at all. I also don't have to wind it up when I am finished with it. I just stuff it back in the bag and hand the bag on a hook. My only minor concern is that the back is a bit flimsy and may not last as long as the hose. But, should this be the case, it is easily resolved by getting a cheap canvas or burlap replacement bag from a grocery store or, probably here on 'mazon.
