When you heat grade 2 titanium, it does not discolor. This piece discolored on heating and burned off nasty chemicals. I advise no one use this unless you want tons of metal molecules.

This is nice quality and pretty but it is gigantic. Waaaay bigger than expected and definitely bigger than necessary. I will be returning it and getting a smaller one.

This product was easy to use, hits smoothly.

Nice product, but to me looks too much like another type of toy that I don't think is appropriate to give to a co-worker.

Does what it’s supposed to! Nail is thick so it takes a min to heat up but it does the job and arrives quick!
