Great idea and the item works as described. The only criticism is that these are very expensive for their size and the function they perform. It's just a floor matt after all.

This mat is the perfect size for in front of the kitchen sink!I’ve been using this mat for a few days now and got to really break it in during Thanksgiving! My husband loved it because he got stuck doing dishes at the end of the night!There is a strong smell when you first open it, but it dissipated after about a day and the rug was flattened enough to function in a few hours.The brown color blends in with my floors perfectly. It looks like a faux leather finish with the color having some darker and lighter spots in it.The mat is very soft and squishy! It feels like memory foam, which is good, but in my experience memory foam mats can break down quickly especially with repetitive use. I’m hoping this mat will hold up well to the test of time and use.It is definitely not going to be damaged by anything you might spill on it. It is very easy to wipe clean, but if you were to spill something sticky and leave it there to dry, I think it would be very difficult to clean out the grooves of the embossed trellis pattern.I’m very happy with this mat and the price point is great! I would purchase it again.

This is completely my fault. I am so use to looking at the photos of the wares here, that it didn’t cross my mind to do measurements!! There were 2 sizes available for sale at the time I bought 2 of them. Regular mat and a runner. Photos show a regular mat and a runner. Package arrives in a very small box that was really light. I have a few of these anti stress mats in my home already and the photos show the size I have...they are heavy! Anyways, opened the box to find these 2 tiny little lightweight anti stress mats and was so disappointed. They honestly look like “play” mats for a child’s bathroom, for a child to stand on. That’s not even the worst part, I’ve had them for days now and they still have ripples in them from being rolled up. If I flip them over, they curl up on the ends like it wants to roll up again. When laying on the floor, they don’t completely lay on the floor. Sort of bowed in the center. Super disappointed in the advertising here and actual product I received. Had I known, I would’ve went ahead and gone for the runners. At least that way I wouldn’t feel like I was playing hopscotch trying to step on these teeny little step pads!!!

This is like a thin yoga mat the size of a bath mat. I bought based on pics and reviews thinking the measurements seemed adequate but this is so much smaller and thinner than I imagined. I really can tell no difference between mat and hard floor and my back hurts just the same. For the price, I was expecting a lot more.

LOL. Well. This thing is small. If you lay it down against the lower cabinets as it should be and then stand at the counter ? You won't be standing on this. You'll be on the floor. So,if you want to stand on it, you need to pull it out further into the floor and then it looks stupid. Again...my fault. I should have read the size better.What isn't my fault? How incredibly thin this is. The rug in one of our bathrooms is thicker. Based on size and how thin/flat this thing is, you're better off spending more and getting a true chefs mat. This is not that.
