Wheels can be better

Product itself is fine for the price but one wheel is damaged after only one journey

Wheels broke within the first few days of my trip. Became an absolute nightmare pulling the suitcase around for the rest of my holiday.

Great product, already used couple of times and no issue

Received the package, the hotel put the wrong number on the case, the product is fine there no manual to show how to set up the password on luggage locker.

Not Bad as A Quilty but Very Small

The luggage build is very good but a very bad factor affecting the quality is the lining fabric used to make partition. Just to save a few cents, there is no margin at the seems and the partition cloth tears in first use of the luggage.

They look good and fancy but it broke after the first use.

As long as you dont overload it like you just put around 20kgs then "maybe" its fine. It doesn't look strong. I feel like it can break anytime. Just wrap it with plastic to be sure it will not rapture.

It's not durable so avoid putting heavy things.

The wheels and the handles are not well made, overall you get what you pay 😢
