I purposely bought initials and the ampersand from the same listing to ensure they matches. Well, they don't. So disappointed. The lights on the ampersand are white and on the letters they are warm. The ampersand also has a clear trim around it which the letters don't. So disappointed.

IF YOU ARE WRITING SOMETHING REQUIRING MULTIPLE LETTERS BEWARE!!!Every letter has it's hanging holes at different spacing both sideways and some are even lower or higher on the letter. Hanging the name so that it easy level was an hour and a half project from hell.Word to the wise: put them on a shelf. Or counter. Or use double sided foam tape to mount.Pros:-Cheap!-Lightweight. I could have hung them with thumb tacks. The batteries are probably heavier than the actual letter.-They serve their purpose well.Cons:-The hanging holes made it pure hell to hang multiple letters spaced evenly and level.Seriously, I was drinking by 10am from this one and I don't drink.-They are plastic, so if you're going to see them up close, you may not be pleased. It's a smoke gray and almost see through on the edges.-Depending on your use and placing the battery operation and on/off switches may be a pain. Obviously, I cannot easily turn them on and off hanging above.my patio door.Overall: I probably should have paid the money for a bit better quality/consistent product, but for this cheap I am happy. They're a decent product for a very cheap price

Ordered 6 of these marquee letters at the same time. 4 were great (other than one arriving cracked). The “O” is a darker and less translucent plastic. The “G” is totally different. It is much darker plastic (doesn’t glow like the others) and even the wiring inside was different. I had to pull the battery pods out and hardwire for this project.Tried to get my money back for the “G”, but I’d have to ship back the letter after cutting it apart. Not likely to be an acceptable return... Turned out very well, except for the two non-matching letters!!!😤

This products is very terrible. The pictures are foolin you. The light bulbs are very weak and hardly make a difference when the lights are off. The size is super small and my letter came with a million different scratches and damages. Aside from spending an hour trying to find a sturdy nail/screw that was small enough to hang it, this product was EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTING. I expected better with the high rated reviews but never again.
