worst product, may be used underwear, cannot even return, money down the drain, can't even put zero star

I haven't tried them yet, just received the package. They look decent, probably a good copy but I doubt original. The box was open and the underwears were not packed like any professional brand. Highly disappointed that these are sold under the Van Huesen label. I cannot return these and will need to wash them thoroughly, maybe with some antiseptic soaps if I ever wear them as there is a chance these may be used.So either I got a used product, a local copy or Van Huesen decided to discard defective copies and just dumped them haphazardly in cheap boxes(I don't think so). 1 star for the open box and placing doubt whether these are used, although they still look decent.

Packing was sub standard. They just dumped 3 pieces into a box, that's it. No individual packing or soft board inside the under wear.I put them in cold water for 5 minutes and the color started running!Looks more like a road side product using a brand name.Got an eerie feeling as though they are tried and returned.

There was no size chart given in the product description. therefore, I couldn't identify the exact size and have ordered the wrong size. please provide the size chart.

I bought it on 1 Dec 2019 along with Jockey so that i could compare. Van Heusen appears to have shrinked after a few washes. Material appears to be mixed cotton rather than pure cotton. Edges are a bit uncomfortable now. I would not buy Van Heusen again.
