This product featured a lightly gelled formula for improved encapsulation of stains and longer dwell time on vertical surfaces.

Can I use this on the mildew on the rubber on my clothes washing machine?

I would think so, I've used it on all my boat seats and it's not done any damage to the seats or the thread.
