I went on a 7 day river trip down the Grand Canyon and this charged my phone 5 times and I was able to take pictures the full 7 days. The phone was down to 15% at the end of the trip. I couldn’t be happier. I had it in airplane mode the whole week. I am not impressed with the solar charging feature. It’s very slow to charge from just the sun. It lasted 5 charges from the initial 12 hour wall charge. It did exactly what I wanted it to do.

Originally got this to charge my cell phone when doing outdoor activities. I've looked at other power banks but the solar option was the deal maker for me. I have used it a lot and it works great and it's a relief to be able to charge the power bank without plugging it in. Directions say to charge with the plug in but the unit works well even charging with solar. This is the second one I got because my husband confiscated the first one. He has a cell phone that he can't replace the battery on and the power bank allows a great back up for his older phone which is still in great condition and he is use to it. The Power bank is not so huge he can't take it with him and I pack it in my travel cable organizer (also from Amazon). The power is within TSA guidelines and I had no problem taking it on domestic and international flights in my carryon.

Followed instructions to charge and discharge three times before using the solar charge option. Product charged my phone 2 or 3 times, then stopped being able to function. This product needs some investment in setup, but I'll keep trying. Tech support from the manufacturer is kind and helpful. I'll keep trying. Meanwhile, even though Amazon would not let me return the item, the manufacturer very kindly refunded me. I'll give it another try after that kindness.

Holds long charge. Take it backpacking everytime I go out. Good product

I bought a year ago. It has been charging in the sun for 3 days. Only has 1 light vs 4 on charging. Tried plugging into lap top and wall to charge . It won't charge. This is junk. Buyer beware

Super happy with this purchase!I love this solar battery charger with dual USB ports. I can charge two devices at once and can charge it through a regular charger or via UV light. It’s been a big help when I needed to charge something with a USB and didn’t have access to an outlet. It is lightweight, a nice designand which is easy to hang from a backpack or in a window, the included flashlight is appreciated too.I use them when we are out to the beach, camping, or in the backyard. Highly recommend that each household should have one of these in case there is a power outage. Great quality with nice price and lasts a really long time before it needs to be recharged.

So i bought 2, and within 4 months one of them just broke and is now bulging out one side, won’t charge.The other is fine but won’t charge past 80% capacity so oh well. I didn’t expect much from a $20 product, so it is what it is.Overall works well, wish it lasted longer

Awesome battery charger by solar or plug. I never leave home without a battery charger as my phone always loses power. This came in handy while traveling as I could put it on my dashboard in the sun would recharge my battery so I can plug my phone in particularly when I’m using my GPS. This also allowed me the option of you using a USB port to recharge it at the hotel. A definite must for people to have an extra charger particularly in time for emergency of weather changes in electric outage. I actually have three extra chargers just on hand. Priced very reasonable definitely recommend.
