Definitely looks like the picture
It looks just like the pictures the color is pretty. But the straps came undone, and there isn't any instructions on how to actually do the straps. The back of it is nice and soft. My main problem is it freaking stinks, like it stinks so bad I can smell I outside of the package. It's a gift so hopefully the smell goes away

Cute but small and not as durable as I'd like
Very cute, a little on the small side if you need a traditional size school backpack but it works. The straps are already having some issues and it's only been a month and a half. Overall not sure I'd buy again but my 11 year old daughter likes it.
