I’m still trying to figure out what makes these effervescent tablets so expensive. I often use this style supplement while traveling. It’s easy to put one tube (ten tablets) into my purse, and it assures a daily dose of greens as well as detox support. The lemon ginger flavor is very good, and it’s easier to transport than a tub of powder. The tablets take a minute or two to dissolve. This particular brand and formula is much pricier than other effervescent tablets I’ve used in the past, and those brands included a wider variety of ingredients.If price isn’t a consideration, these are a handy way to incorporate a wide variety of essential nutrients into your diet. Because of the cost, I only use this form when I’m away from home—the expiration dates extend quite far out (about 1 ½ years) and the nice plastic tubes keep the tablets dry and safe.

This one I could only use one tablet. The taste is ok, but couldn't get past the smell. It smells horrendous had to plug my nose to get through the whole cup. Don't know what gives it that awful smell, but definitely won't buy this one again. However I loved the Original effervescent tablets...those taste and smell great.

I have been a fan of 8 greens for years. I always have them in my pantry and take them regularly. They taste great just on their own.I ordered this detox version for the first time . The taste is terrible almost as if they are rancid. I couldn't drink it without putting it in a smoothy. I suggest the favor undergo an evaluation and change. Until then I will never purchase this item again.
