The Best of Jim Hall

Being a tremendous Jim Hall fan, it's hard to leave a 2-star review for anything with his name involved. But it's surely the only responsible thing to do. The Kindle version of this book isn't really usable. The charts are just plain too small. You can't zoom in on the cloud reader, and on my kindle (first gen) it's pulling teeth because you have to zoom so far in you only get two or three bars. Then: close, next page, zoom out, zoom in, double-tap the image, reposition. Yeah. Really poor work in the transfer and a disservice to the greatest living jazz guitar player.Anyway, I've just bought the print edition.

Second time for me to buy this book. Lost my first copy in a move. While this book isn't as detailed as this others as to "why" Jim Hall did what he did, any transcriptions of his playing is always a great lesson.

Excelente libro , tal vez las tablaturas pudieran ser un poco más grandes, por lo demás el libro es excelente, las versiones son seguidas nota por nota tal y como fueron interpretadas por el gran Jim Hall.

楽譜なので日本語版も英語版も大差はないので安いほうを選びました。楽譜に限っては同じものだと思います。
