This was a game changer for my long, thick, semi-curly hair during the first ten months of use (about 2-3 times per week). But then the bristles started flattening, bending and breaking off—and it began overheating during use. Right at 14 months, it burned out and wouldn’t turn on anymore.

This is a powerful tool to dry your hair and curl it at the same time and it works wonders for me. It saves a great deal of time doing my hair.

The title says it all. I’ve had this drier since 2020 and, writing this in 2023, I’ve yet to come across a better product. I have quite thick, frizzy hair and every drier and method I’ve ever used has always left my hair fluffier and poofier… until this underground-brand-product. My hair is always extremely soft, smooth, and shiny after use, and what’s more, it only takes about 10-15 minutes for my whole head. Yes, really.All of that said, the “cool” feature is inconvenient, you have to twist the dial so I usually don’t even bother. Heat regulation is fine, I’ve never experienced any breakage from this product after using for years. I will say however, the style doesn’t hold past one day, but for how smooth and soft it leaves my hair I can manage with heatless curls in between.What spawned me to finally write a review- I purchased the Dyson Airwrap and tried using it today…. I’m no newbie to hair, but I was so frustrated by how frizzy it was making my hair for the price I paid for it. Swapping out various brushes and achieving no resolution, I gave up and plugged this one back in. And CHRIST, the difference was insane. If I were told this was the $700 brush, I’d believe it. That said, I’m going to toy with using the dyson curling barrels for touch-ups in between wash days, but this will remain to be my go-to for the initial blowout.UPDATE: I ended up returning the Dyson. I’ve recently tried again with the Shark, only to once more wind up using this one again. Suffice to say this will be my drier for life.

The media could not be loaded.  Okay so I know this is supposed to be all in one blow dryer. But it does not style course hair. However, I will be using this from now on because it made the blow drying process extremely easy and breakage free! But if you have course hair. Please don’t expect this to straighten it. You will still need the flat iron.

I have never been able to master the art of the round brush/dryer blowout. I’ve always been jealous of the girls who could I even asked my stylist to teach me to no avail.After one use with this product, I made my life 100% easier. It dried my hair quickly. It’s very smooth and has no crazy shine. It’s so much lighter and easier than using a hairdryer.This is my holy Grail product! I am thrilled with my purchase!I highly recommend it if you struggle with the round brush and/or if you hate the process of washing/drying your hair. I’m just sad I didn’t try it sooner.
