I've had this for 3 months. Bought this as a replacement for a different bidet attachment I bought several years ago once the main knob broke off. The one I originally bought was a top seller. Luxe Bidet Neo 120. Always thought the water stream was too sharp and strong, but lived with it. The Betterway bidet is so much better. The water stream doesn't hurt at all, while the Luxe Bidet did hurt at times. The stream on this is much more gentle and also a lot wider with more water flow. I've noticed it cleans a lot better. I don't have to shift around a lot to try to get clean. I just sit in one spot, let it run, then just dab once to soak up the water, whereas with the Luxe one I'd shift around a lot and would still have to wipe at least a few times. I'd get wet but not clean. So, definitely recommend this.Plus the self-cleaning feature is good. Sometimes with the Luxe one I'd accidentally get the knobs mixed up and turn on the bidet when I meant to turn on the self-cleaning feature. I'd blast myself or the wall with the bidet. Since there's one knob on the Betterway, I've not had that problem.The wood looking part is not bamboo. It's plastic, which the product description does say, but is not obvious when reading. It doesn't look like bamboo to me either; more like faux oak. But doesn't bother me and I don't care. It looks fine. Just don't expect bamboo.

I love this bidet! I am disabled and have a very hard time in the bathroom when I'm in a lot of pain, this has really really helped in that area. I feel so clean now and I don't struggle anymore. The bidet came with step by step instructions online with little demonstrations and everything. I've never actually bought a product that I was able to install without looking for videos on YouTube but I didn't have to with the Betterway bidet. All you do is scan the QR Code and it opens it right up to the beginning of the installation! It came with everything that was needed and only took about 20 minutes to install. My cousin installed everything while I guided her with the instructions, u have to be able to get down on the floor to reach the plumbing. The only issue I have had so far is that it said not to overtighten but I'm assuming we didn't tighten it enough for fear of overtightening LOL and for the first few days it was leaking when I was using it but now it doesn't seem to be doing that now that I tightened it some. I did already order a replacement bcuz I thought it was faulty but if it continues not to leak I will just send the replacement back. Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase, it works just like it's supposed to and it isn't too hard on u or anything. I would absolutely recommend this product, it's amazing and so easy to install and it works great!

I am so glad I found this bidet. I was looking for a good bidet that would be easy to install and not break the bank. This is exactly what I needed, it was easy to install and the mechanics work great. So fresh and so clean!

I just finished installing and I am very happy with the product. I have not needed to use the bathroom so I cannot comment in its ability quite yet. But I can say, the instructions are incredible! So user friendly, I used the QR code but they also provide a paper version as well. They have videos to demonstrate and help for every toilet you can think of. My only suggestion to future users is do NOT turn on the water until it’s plugged in! My life flashed before my eyes. I am very happy with my purchase and am glad I got to support a small business!

(Medical grossness to follow - warned): Ok, I had um "roids" in the rear, and had to have surgery. Pre-surgery, I bought one of these for better cleaning as TP was out of the question, and even wet wipes were only a little more comfortable and effective. This is certainly inexpensive and did work with my existing oval toilet seat, so that's good. Also good is that the control knob sticks away from the side of the seat a little more than some other models, so it helps keep it clean, and if you're a larger person, it won't bump up against your rear when sitting on the seat.With these less expensive models, all you get is ONE aim - up and out, with the water. If you HAVE hemorrhoids, this can actually be painful if they hit them a certain way, if you have a certain type in a certain place, etc. That was my case. You get one "target" zone and that's it, and have to move your rear around on the toilet to adjust (slightly) that aim. Wasn't precise enough for me. Plus, the water spray itself is a bit wide - it needs to be a bit more narrow for more precise cleaning. It did splash around more outside of the area(s) I wanted. Yes, it DOES work better than TP and wiping, though.I wound up just biting the wallet and spending more on an actual bidet toilet seat where it has a "rod" that extends you can adjust for much more precise, and narrow, water spraying. Made a WORLD of difference compared to this unit, plus the seats have heat, heated water, etc etc. If this is all you can afford, again, it will work to some degree, but will have limitations. If you can afford a bidet toilet seat, that's probably the best route to go, IMO.

I have only had mine for two months or so, and it's already broken. It started leaking water I've tightened it up everywhere possible, replaced washers and it still leaks. I'm kinda sad about it because I really did like it, and now it's not usable cause water goes everywhere when you try using it.

The set up was really easy and I required no tools. They give you a step by step tutorial so it’s really simple. Definitely recommend.

Not only was the product excellent, but so was the customer service. I ordered this product a couple weeks ago, and realized that the T-adaptor did not fit with our toilet. However, in the box there was a an email for customer service so we decided to reach out. Micheal asked us for some dimensions and determined that the t-adaptor that we needed was larger. When he asked us for our order information with Amazon we discovered that Betterway did not sell on Amazon CA and we actually ordered from an unauthorized third party vendor drop shipping company. Despite this, Micheal offered to send us the part we needed (placed the order from Amazon CA & shipped it to us) at no extra charge and without us asking that of him. He went above and beyond and we couldn’t be happier with our new bidet. We recommend this company to anyone. It works as expected and is a very sleek design which we love. Thank you again Micheal.

I really like this bidet. The style is really simple and chic, and was very easy to install. So far no leaking issues and it has been on there for a few months. I have two complaints:1) The dial is a little touchy; to get water to stop flowing you need to exactly centre the dial, which is a little annoying, I have had it a mm off before by accident and it dripped until I noticed. Not a big deal, just a slgiht annoyance.2) The stream of water is not as strong as I might like. It feels more like a waterfall than a hose if you catch my drift. I prefer a stronger stream to really clean. However it does do the job, I just need to leave it on a little longer.

Seul detail, il n'y a pas de stopper clair au neutre, donc il est facile de ne pas le placer exactement au bon endroit et qu'il continu de couler sans s'en apercevoir..
