Beelink Mini PC EQ13 Intel, Mini Computer 16GB RAM 500GB NVMe SSD, High Performance Mini Desktop Computer,4K Dual HDMI,WiFi,BT5.0

Needed a replacement for an old Lenovo all-in-one PC that only ran with 2 cores and was on its last leg. I had an old monitor laying around so hiding this little box behind the monitor kept the desk area just as open as it was with the all-in-one PC. Boots up quickly and doesn't have a lot of the bloatware that usually comes pre-installed with big name brand PCs.

This is a great little computer. It has everything you need to do daily tasks and even some gaming. I set this up for my mom as her old one had finally died.

Used for work stations, video conferencing. Great little PC

Beelink is an excellent brand. There are many good reviews here. My comments are about this particular unit. I enjoyed using this computer before it died recently. I got the blue screen, followed by a complete shutdown. There was no power. No boot.Over the last four years, I have bought three minicomputers from Amazon (starting with Codilix, Beelink, and Trigkey.) The mini boxes appear to have one common enemy- heat dissipation.I have tried the commonly shared diagnostics (CMOS reset, reseating the RAM and SSD, upgrading drivers, new power cord, removing all input cables when restarting, etc.). Nothing has worked.Good customer service separates the brands. The reason for one star is that Beelink will not even answer my emails or provide support. The other companies did—even out of warranty, which is most appreciated.So, until I hear from Beelink, you will understand the current one-star rating.

Initial review:The specs on this are great for such a little device, but I expected it to last more than nine months. I have reached out to support in three different ways, but I cannot get a response. Unless something changes with their support I do not think this is a good device for anyone to purchase. They need to replace my device while it is still under warranty. If they do contact me and replace it, I will update this review.Update:I did finally got a hold of someone through the Beelink website. It was a very long process, but after several weeks and quite a few email they did get me a new in box replacement. I am upgrading my review to three stars as I still question the longevity of this product and to still reflect the difficulty of getting support with a PC under warranty.

Bought this to replace a full-size tower computer with a mechanical hard drive which had become extremely sluggish. This one is so much better than the one it replaced. It is many times faster, uses far less electricity and takes up very little space on the desktop. Having the vents on the sides is a real plus compared to other brands which have top vents. Side vents allow a USB hub to be placed on top for great access, visibility and convenience.

I like the size of it. It saves space. I like it a lot

It is what it is. Nice little machine for simple work, viewing. Setup nice, get win pro if possible no need for Microsoft account. Boots in seconds, got it for Mother-in-law she will love it.
