Simply Sitting has a wonderful product and I cannot thank them enough. These are great for travelers and on the go people, who may not feel comfortable sitting in lotus. I think these are happy on the knees and my feet never "go to sleep" while meditating (I don't go more than 30 minutes). I am so grateful for these since I wanted to meditate but it had been too painful in lotus. THANKS SIMPLY SITTING!!! XOXO

The aesthetic attractiveness of this chair gets 5 out 5 stars! It is beautiful. But besides the looks, it disappointed me...Sturdiness & comfort get 3 out 5 stars. I was very excited when the package arrived and promptly got ready to use it for meditation, but the moment I sat down I realized this chair was not so great. If I am not sitting PERFECTLY still, it will womble. During my sit, I'd slightly move left or right which would never happen on a traditional kneeling meditation bench. I find the conventional bench a lot more sturdy & comfortable than this chair.Pricing gets 1 out of 5 stars. Wayyy overpriced compared to other similar meditation chairs. Other wooden kneeling benches run around $50 with FREE shipping. This chair is $150 plus $20 shipping. I paid it because the reviews were great! Thought it was worth the investment since I meditate every day. When I returned the item, the shipping expense via UPS was only $5, so I am not sure why simplysitting is charging $20 for shipping. NOT COOL if they're making a profit off of the shipping expense.I know this is a loving company and they mean the best, but the product simply isn't that great. It's overpriced and the shipping is a rip off. Great & creative idea, but it did not perform better than a traditional wooden bench so it's not worth dishing out 3x more money than we need to.Sending y'all metta!

Wow. As s long time meditator who has used similar benches such as this, this is awesome. So comfy and breaks down flat for travel. Excellent quality!

I love this meditation bench. Super comfy on my hips and knees. Allows spine to be fully straight. Feels like floating.

Beautiful in every way. I would like it to be a bit taller due to knee issues. I put it on a thick book to make it the right height. Do they make a longer leg for the bench?

I saw someone using it at a Vipassana retreat, and he recommended it. I can’t sit cross-legged anymore due to bursitis in hip joint. This bench is excellent, puts no strain on the back during meditation, keeps spine straight. Very light. It is certainly not money wasted. I would give it top rating. Keep in mind shipping to Canada costs a lot, I should add. Still, no regrets!
