I've tried 3 different patella straps, and this is by far the best I've ever used. It's very simple and comfortable, doesn't bind or pinch, and hasn't stretched over time.Other straps have had a rectangular plastic D-ring on them, which tends to slip sideways and either pinch skin or loosen the strap from its original position.Other straps also attempt to be one-size-fits-all. I suspect I'm of medium-large build (205 lbs, 6'3"), but these other straps tended to be too large. The Zamst strap fits perfectly if you take the time to measure your knee and choose the right size.Furthermore, other straps have had weak or poorly-adhering hook-and-loop straps. While the Zamst uses hook and loop, the material adheres well and shows no sign of degradation, despite regular use over the past month and a half. Of course, this may change over time, as hook-and-loop doesn't last forever, but others have degraded in less time.Happy to have found this after 20 years of knee pain!

I have a lot of leg pain due to sciatica. This simple band helps alleviate a lot of that pain. No more heavy pain pills. I love it and recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to take all those drugs.
