It will NOT fit a size 20 - don't kid yourself.
The waist does not stretch up to 46 on the skirt sent to me, so if you are 36" waist or above, forget it. The skirt is pretty, floaty and looks nice, but will need ironing every time and the under-slip is short, above your knees, so very skimpy. It does need an under-slip though as the fabric is so thin, so I may replace it with a better one. My choice. I will wear it on a hot day on holiday, but won't be buying another as it is too floaty for everyday. It is pretty though.

Damaged on arrival
I didn't think this would be a high quality garment given the price, however, I was not expecting it to arrive damaged. There is a bit of crochet lace applied across the front (annoyingly, it is not particularly attractive or necessary) which is frayed and has a 2 inch tear in it. With the skirt on, the lace hangs down where it is torn and so the skirt looks quite shabby. I have contacted the seller but have received no reply, my advice would be to buy another skirt.

Outer skirt is a good fit but not the underskirt.
Lots of reviews say this is small.I don't agree. The underskirt is problematic & makes it seem small.I am very big.I've been losing weight and was a uk plus size 32-34 + am now a 22-24.However,I have a large belly and loose skin apron.I've been looking for a skirt with this pintuck design for a long time,so really wanted this.Because the reviews said it wouldn't even fit an 18,I bought two. This was a thing I did when I was bigger:See a skirt not available in my size & buy two of the largest size.Cut them each down one opposite seam and stitch the two together to make one skirt. So I bought two of these. They arrived in superfast time (48hrs).The first thing I noticed was that the crochet and ribbon sections are front only and not on the back of the skirt so my cut'n'shut might be a tricky job. Then I stretched the waistband out to its fullest and can report that this will easily fit me as it's 49".The only issue with fit is the underskirt/lining.It's non-stretch and about a uk size 10-12,and only just about knee length.Mine have had an extra strip sewn onto the original, which helps.I've had loads of Indian maxi skirts before and used to sell them at one point. They are all like this. You have to slit the sides of the underskirt (to where they feel comfy),like the pockets on a new suit! - A very easy job as they are usually single stitched.Often,it's necessary to cut the underskirt side seams all the way up to the waistband. Then your "underskirt" is more like a front and back loincloth but it still does the trick... and the skirt will fit fine after this.If the underskirt thing bothers you,get an old t-shirt in a similar colour, pin it flat and cut two triangles out of the back and front simultaneously and then sew them into where you've slit the underskirt on either side and you a have full,stretchy,half-slip in your skirt.I'll be keeping both as separate skirts.PS; I'm 5'3-4" and this skirt is down to just the tops of my feet.Fully stretched, the waistband is 49".

disappointed
the skirt looks like a child made it..the stichen is wonky and missed in places..also the under skirt has been stiched inside out and the hem has no stichen just frayed..
