Despues de 3 cargas de 100%, lo maximo tiempo tenia con una carga fue 1 hora. Eso es inaceptable y ya pedi una devolución del producto. Voy a editar mis comentarios despues de ver como me van a tratar con este solicitud.El software y presentación está excelente un tablet que requiere MAS TIEMPO EN CARGARLO que el uso actual...pues no sirve en mi opinion.

Buen producto pero dura poco la batería

Please read waste of money reviews they are 100% accurate! Company emailed me and offered me a gift card if I removed my negative review. I will remove my negative review if they send me a quality product that matches their description. I was so excited about this tablet. It was a gift for my 4.5yr old. It's the perfect size for her little hands and I'm so glad it came in a case. I wanted a device for her to do abcmouse on and explore her orboot. This device is so slow 🤦🏽‍♀️ and all of the pre-installed aps require internet access. the Orboot ap takes forever to load and scan on this device.

I have waited till my kids have used this a few times just to make sure I cover all my bases. I was hesitant to ever let my kids play on an iPad bc it’s big and I’m afraid they’ll break it and it’s so expensive, I don’t know I would’ve bought another. This tablet is the perfect size, and has some of the sweetest little games on it for kids. My new 2 year old, and 3.5 year old LOVE the puzzles, and I also love the stories before you do the puzzles!! The battery has been fine for us, and it’s pretty basic and easy to navigate. I am soooo happy they have the games broken down into categories as it’s easy for me to help them navigate it!! When we Ordered our first one it wouldn’t charge or turn on, the customer service was great and very quick to get us a new one while guiding us through sending the previous one back. So moms- if you’re like us and don’t wanna give the freedom and overwhelming data and features of the iPad- BUY THIS!

We bought this tablet for my 4 year old for Christmas. I charged it, downloaded a few apps, and turned off the screen. I picked it up a day or two later and it was completely dead. I went to charge it again, and it kept turning off and on indefinitely on its own. Even after it got a charge, it just continually restarted. I never got it to turn on again. I exchanged it for another.My son had the new one for 48 hours before the screen broke. He didn't even drop it. He just pulled on the tablet to get it from me for a split second, and the entire screen shattered. It did not come with a screen protector like many reviews have stated. The tablet's touch screen will not work anymore with the cracks in it.This tablet is very cheaply made. I've never had a device break so easily, or die like the first one did. We'll be investing in a better quality product.
