Mengo Hydro Series iPhone 6S Waterproof Case (4.7” Version) Thin, Light Weight, Dustproof & Shockproof (Clear)

I bought this case as an alternative to the expensive life proof cases that I usually buy and regret my decision. In the first 3 weeks of having it the turn knob that turns your phone on silent fell off just from taking it in and out of my pocket. I work construction so the entire purpose of the case is to keep dust and dirt out. The case is now pretty much useless to me now. On top of that, everyone I talk to says I sound muffeled and I have to open the charging port to be heard. And then to continue, you have to have long finger nails to open that port. I should have stuck with the lifeproof.

Received as a gift on December 25th, 2016 and today is February 15, 2017, and now the clear plastic in the top corner is peeling away making this a case that is clearly NOT waterproof. I call this defective and poor quality control. Go for the OtterBox or Lifeproof knowing you get what you pay for. Here are the photos for your review.

Would give the product 5 stars for looks, fit, and size (not bulky)... but this is my second one in just 4 months. The first one took a drop on the corner and the case front clear screen cracked but saved the phone. The second day of use on the new case one drop and the front clear cover broke loose from the side of the case, no damage to the phone. Durability of the case has a lot to be desired.

Love it. VERY thin plus waterproofing works great. I accidentally dropped my new Iphone in the sink the day after I put on this case. It came out just fine. Have always had Lifeproof but this brand gets my vote now because they've made it so thin yet functional and attractive.

I purchased one of these cases about two years ago and it worked awesome for a long time. After repeated dropping the screen on the case started a crack on the corner. After purchasing a replacement I have never been more disappointed. The screen part is peeling away from the actual case. The quality has changed and doesn’t seem to be as good as my first go around

Received my hydro case and it is in horrible condition! It’s completely scratched up with no protective film where the stickers say there should be protective film the plastic box that it came in looks like it’s been run over by a car a few times and the front screen of the case looks like someone took sand paper to it!

I imagine it will do the job of waterproofing a cell phone, but I returned it because it muffled my voice and people had a problem understanding what I was saying.

Definitely worked. Dropped my phone recently and it landed on the corner of the phone. Thankfully only the protective cover cracked, saved my phone.
