Back support is amazing it’s helping my back and my posture very well.

It was a bit too small for mum but fits my stepdad just fine

Comfortable although had to return one as I bought a couple and not sure which it was due to being very small but with Amazon it is never a problem to return

As I have a crumbling spine, it gave me no support at all and was to small and was difficult to wear would not recommend it at all unless you are a midget waist of.money

I have scoliosis and a severely tilted pelvis. This was suggested by my surgeon. I love love love it! It’s changed my life. Easy to fit following the instructions given under the item on line and so comfortable. I remove the back steel rods ( just push out) to wear out shopping, walking,dancing and much more. I can now bend to feed my 20 stray cats!! I am short waisted so my brace comes up a little higher but also gives me a fantastic bust line and a waist like Cher! So happy to look more normal, build muscle to reduce my pain and live a more normal life. Don’t suffer for 5 years as I did. I never want to take it off.

To big, and I buy this for work, you can't stay 8 hours with him, the back will start to hurt.Another thing is heavy.

As a tall, (female) former long-time athlete, I have tried many, many things as in belts or support equipment for the lumbar region and now all the way up to the shoulders. If you need support from your lowest back areas and are tall, this is the first support system that can cover all that area, firmly, adjustable, yet light weight. As I aged, I found my shoulders and upper back needing support as well. And, yes, this unit was able to adjust all the way up to help keep my posture erect while keeping my lower back supported well during the times, I have need for it. Never over tighten, tighten so you 'feel' the support. I highly recommend this.

I suffer from occasional lower back pain which I suspect is due to not treating diastasis recti with the proper exercises. I started a new warehouse job a month ago which involves standing, walking and lifting boxes for more than 8hrs a day. The first week was brutal! Could barely walk and couldn't bend down to touch my toes. My lower back was in agony!!! So I googled best back support and this popped up. I've not had any pain since I started using this brace. I do find that the metal parts stick out abit at the top but I don't mind because overall this brace is amazing and does the job. The one thing I would change is I'd make the shoulder straps longer, as I find it cuts into my armpits alittle by the end of an 8hr shift. I bought my size according to the measurements in the description, the first time i tried it i was worried I bought the wrong size because it was so damn tight but actually after 2hrs into my shift it was fine. I can't recommend this enough!!! It really supports my back and also helps me keep better posture at work. I don't work without it now.

Find that it fits snuggly and had to order a larger size. (Still can use the smaller one) Like that you can remove the metal stays if needed. Quality material.
