Does Job, but some Drawbacks
I just received this privacy screen protector for my iPhone 7 Plus. My initial takeaway, for reasons listed below, is that it does the job, but there are some drawbacks. Overall, it's okay.Pros:- Provides 4-way privacy (so both portrait and landscape)- Relatively easy installation (details below)Cons:- Not quite wide enough (details below)- No longer "pristine" image quality (details below)Details:- Relatively easy installation (for me):A cleaning cloth and "dust remover" stickers were included in the package. Instructions show to use the cloth to remove oils/dust/etc. and then the stickers to clean up any finer dust particles. I like to use an alcohol wipe first to clean the screen and remove oils so I did that before using the cloth and stickers. In putting the screen on, there is a peel back to expose the adhesive side to the phone. It's starts at the top of phone and peels down towards the bottom of the phone. It was a little bit awkward to hold while trying to line it up and doing the peel back at the same time. The bottom part ended up a tiny bit crooked, but putting the peel back on the very bottom again, I was able to lift up the entire screen a little bit so I could nudge it from side to side until it lined up perfectly. The entire screen is pretty rigid, which made doing that easy. I didn't have any problems with the screen acting like a dust magnet like for some I've used before. However, I did clear the area, wore no sleeves, and washed my hands prior to installation.- Not quite wide enough:A card they provide claims that having the screen extend to the curved parts of the phone causes air bubbles. With that in mind, the screen width was about a half millimeter too short. It's not much and it won't affect how I use it, but it does allow a small band of light to be visible when looking sideways at the phone, which is somewhat noticeable at full brightness and definitely noticeable in dark lit areas. I don't really like that, but the point of a privacy screen is to prevent reading from other angles, which this does accomplish.- No longer "pristine" image quality:Using the phone, I can tell there's a screen on it. The image quality reminds me of old monitors where you can see the tiny individual pixels if you focus on them. Not a huge deal as the screen achieves the main purpose (privacy), but it's a bummer that it takes away from the phone's ability to "look amazing".Other notes:- The screen makes the phone a little bit darker, but I don't really need to adjust my brightness, which I manually set to pretty low typically.- I don't think the screen is oleophobic, but it seems to do a pretty good job resisting fingerprints or oil smudges.

Maybe not the one for you but my favorite
I've tested several privacy screens and this is my favorite one, although there are some things people may not like about it.Good Privacy/Visibility Tradeoff β I tried other screen protectors that did not provide privacy coverage from the top. This one provides equal protection from the top that it does from the sides, which is quite good. It also doesn't darken the screen much. When I'm outside and it's kind of sunny, my phone screen is harder to seeMinimal Coverage β Other privacy filters extended too far beyond the screen. Because of that, I couldn't put my phone in a battery case when the screen protector was on it. This one is just big enough to cover the screen with a little extra on the top and bottom. Compared to another screen protector I tried, this did a better job of preserving the camera's view, since it has a cut out for the camera. Other privacy filters cover the camera with a clear layer, which I found to obscure the image. I've also heard about other privacy filters causing problems with the proximity sensor, but this filter is cut out in a way so it doesn't even come close to covering the proximity sensor. One downside of this privacy filter compared to others is that it allows light to escape from the sides of the screen (because it's basically just big enough to cover the screen) but I think that's an acceptable tradeoff since I'd rather it not go to the edges so I can use my case.Thickness β This filter is very thin. Personally, I like this because I think it allows the privacy filter to work with the charging case for my phone. It also feels less likely to peel off. If you want a thicker filter that might protect against impact more, this may not be for you.Texture β This filter has more of a matte finish, since it's not glass. Personally, I like that better. But if you're looking for a texture that looks and feels like glass, this filter is not for you.

AWESOME product!!!
WOW! I have been a fan of Zaag screen protectors for years because of the great quality and their excellent warranty. However, they have not released a privacy screen for the iPhone 7+. Because I use my phone for so much of my work I really needed a privacy screen right away. I ordered this one from Tech Armor and all I can say is, "WOW!" This privacy screen is freaking awesome. When I'm looking directly at my phone, the screen looks great and I can see everything with ease and the quality of my beautiful iPhone 7 screen still looks great. However, if you are standing to my immediate left or right, It looks like I'm looking at a black screen. This is a true high quality privacy screen and I love it. I can feel very safe and secure reading my emails or checking my financial information while in line somewhere and know that someone next to me can't see my screen. What's also great about this product is that it is four-way privacy. Zagg privacy screens only offer two-way privacy. What this means is that and horizontal or vertical position, anyone to my left or right can't see my screen. Therefore, if I'm on a flight and want to play a game or watch a movie, I don't have to worry about the person sitting next to me looking over my shoulder to see what I'm doing or watching. This is truly a five-star product. The only thing I would change about this is to hopefully make it a glass screen. It's one of those screen protectors where you need a PhD to install it so there no air bubbles. :) Even though I purchased this here on Amazon, my local geek squad at Best Buy installed this for me so that it looks great.

The best non glass privacy screen available
This is the best non glass privacy screens on Amazon. Bought one for my Son a year ago and it's still going strong. He has destroyed some pretty expensive screen protectors in his time. Just fit this on my phone and it's brilliant. No, it's not going to totally obscure dodgy videos or pics, but it offers great 360 degree protection for everything else. I would advise that if you regularly share views of your screen privacy screens are probably not what you need but for the rest of us? Buy one of the best. Offers nice tactile feedback and does not impact on 3D Touch.

Ive been trying to find the perfect privacy screen protector but this is impossible
Ive been trying to find the perfect privacy screen protector but this is impossible. I had problems with the glass ones because they break easily (let me say I didnt even drop my phone. it broke when i put my phone in my pocket) but those would make my screen dark to whoever was around me which is perfect. this one seems more resistent but just blurs instead of making it dark. Im trying to love it but doesnt seem to work

Stay away!!
Really poor quality, once this has been installed your screen quality drop really bad, I would personally say itβs like look at a 1st gen iPhone!! Also the screen is super dark so turning up your brightness is a must!! And can still the the screen from most angles, all it does is make the screen not in focus but you can still make out what on your screen.. I have there dark ones before and never had these problems.

Good solid screen protector
Good solid screen protector, I hate the tempered glass ones, so this is perfect. So good I've already ordered a second one for when this one needs replacing.

Not the best in commerce
Not really satisfied - the screen loses so much brightness - definitely not worth the price
